Mixing
We mix raw materials in a mixer and get our own rubber compound

On the mill rolls we finish mixing the compound and roll it out to the required thickness

We cool the compound in a water-based solution

We cut the compound into pieces of the required size

Vulcanization
The finished ring is formed on the press machines

Silicone coating and packing
We coat the rings with silicone in a drum (easier installation) and pack them in bags
